Dealer Policy

Introduction

This Dealer Policy outlines the terms and conditions for authorized dealers of BOSS Home Solution Nepal. The policy is designed to ensure fair business practices, protect brand integrity, and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our dealer network across Nepal.

Eligibility

To qualify as an authorized dealer, applicants must hold a valid business registration and PAN/VAT number as applicable under Nepalese law. Dealers are required to meet minimum purchase requirements set by the company and should operate a physical showroom, store, or an established online sales platform capable of representing our products professionally.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Authorized dealers will receive products at company-approved dealer or wholesale pricing. Payment terms may include advance payment or a mutually agreed credit period, subject to approval. Prices may be revised from time to time based on market conditions, raw material costs, or demand, with prior notice provided to dealers.

Ordering & Delivery

Orders must be placed through official company channels such as authorized email or order portal. Minimum order quantities will be communicated based on product category. Standard delivery timelines are typically within one working day from order confirmation, subject to stock availability. Freight and transportation charges will be borne either by the company or the dealer, as agreed at the time of order.

Warranty & Returns

All products supplied by BOSS Home Solution Nepal carry a standard warranty against manufacturing defects as per company policy. Returns will only be accepted for products found defective or damaged during transit, subject to inspection and approval. Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, installation, or misuse will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Dealer Responsibilities

Dealers are required to promote and sell products strictly under the official BOSS Home Solution brand name without alteration. Ethical business practices must be maintained at all times, including avoiding counterfeit or parallel products. Dealers should provide basic after-sales support to customers in line with company standards and must not offer unauthorized discounts or pricing that could harm brand value or market stability.

Marketing & Branding

Dealers are permitted to use official logos, brochures, and promotional materials provided by the company. Any independent marketing, advertising, or promotional activity must receive prior written approval. Online listings and digital promotions must follow company guidelines related to pricing, product descriptions, and visual representation.

Termination of Dealership

BOSS Home Solution Nepal reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealership agreements if there is a violation of pricing or branding policies, repeated payment defaults, misuse of brand identity, misrepresentation of products, or engagement in practices that negatively impact the company’s reputation.

Governing Law

This Dealer Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nepalese courts.
